Ricardo is an Economist from Universidad de Lima and completed post-graduate Finance studies in ESAN.
Previous Working Experience:
Ricardo has an extensive professional background in key strategic management positions in top ranked US multinationals such as Occidental Petroleum, Chase Manhattan Bank and The Gillette Company, including Sales & Marketing, Finance and Human Resources, becoming CEO for Gillette Peru developing a solid track record engaging teams to deliver top business results in terms of market share gains and profitable sales growth. He started in the Executive Search business with Heidrick & Struggles as Partner in Perú. Shortly after, H & S offices in Perú, Colombia and Venezuela moved to CTPartners. In his tenure, he helped double the size of the business in Perú carrying 24 searches for top executives, including General Management, for both multinational firms and Regional/local ventures. Ricardo started his own recruiting firm three years ago and has helped build successful management teams for both local/regional and multinational companies such as PECSA (local oil and gas distributor nationwide), VISA, MEAD JOHNSON and NICOLL.
