Profile: Sylvia holds an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Communications from York University in Toronto, Ontario. Sylvia has over 25 year of business experience and has held senior management positions in the marketing and communications sector. She has worked with a variety of major retailers and marketing companies, both on the client side and the agency side of the business. Sylvia’s has held titles including Creative Director and VP, Client Development for some of the largest Global communications companies, most recently with Omnicom, and worked in a management capacity with companies including Coca Cola and Unilever. In these roles she hired, trained and managed large staff compliments. She has been a Search Consultant for over 15 years.

Accomplished marketing-oriented general manager with a holistic approach to the business, Hamilton has experience in Brazil and other Latin American countries at the helm of leading packaged goods companies such as Kellogg, Bausch & Lomb, Timex, Tropicana Juices, and Rayovac, building management teams, turning-around operations, and starting up new businesses. During his executive career he contributed to improve the performance of these companies in the region, and coordinated the implementation of new Kellogg, Timex and Rayovac plants in Brazil. Hamilton is a graduate of Business Administration and a certified Executive & Personal Coach.

Malcolm also undertakes independent management assessment of Board members and senior executive teams and coaching of senior executives. Malcolm entered the field of Executive Search in 1988 as an Associate in a leading international Executive Search Group and in 1991 he was made a Principal of the firm. During this period Malcolm worked primarily in the above areas. Prior to this Malcolm worked in the Education sector. Malcolm holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), Master of Arts and Diploma of Education. He has also completed a General Management Program at Stanford University.

For 20 years, he has fulfilled positions on director level, in both profit and non-profit organizations. He has travelled professionally to over 40 countries and speaks 6 different languages. Patrick has led international Sales and Marketing teams in the food business and worked as a Director of Marketing, Communication & Business Development for a global nongovernmental organisation. In 2004, he became a senior partner and co-owner of Hagoort & Partners, one of the leading Executive search firms based in The Netherlands. His client base includes multinationals in manufacturing, food, pharma, agriculture and professional services.
	Richard Boot OBE Email: richard.boot@ircsearchpartners.com Phone: +441216355678 Profile: Richard qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the UK and started his post College career with what is now Ernst Young. He joined Peat Marwick which became KPMG and was appointed to the Partnership in 1983. He was a Managing Director in the Management Consulting (which included Executive Search) and then Corporate Finance businesses and sat on the UK Board for these practice areas. He was Chairman of the Centre for Manufacturing Consultancy and the UK Automotive Group. His role in Corporate Finance and Automotive involved helping develop and co-ordinate the Firms activity on a Global basis. Since leaving as a Partner in 2002 Richard has been a Senior adviser to KPMG and was Deputy Chairman of Europackaging Group, one of the largest flexible packaging organisations in Europe. He is Director and investor in a number of Private companies and has maintained a long standing involvement with the Institute of Directors of which he was a UK Council member for over 10 years. He formed ACTIVE HUMAN CAPITAL GROUP with a former KPMG colleague Stephen Bryan in 2005. Richard has, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, been appointed by HM The Queen an Officer of the Order of the British Empire in January 2011. The citation is 'for services to business in the West Midlands'.
