The nucleus of IRC Global Executive Search Partners was formed in the early 90’s through a joint initiative to service growing international needs of clients. Firms from France, Belgium, Finland and the UK were initially represented in the consortium. In 1993 the benefits derived from this loose partnership resulted in a formalized agreement, the official launch of IRC Global Executive Search Partners and a new impetus to further develop the alliance. Within 18 years, our alliance has grown to provide services in over 60 cities, in 30+ countries, to an enviable roster of fortune 500 companies. Ranking within the largest 15 firms globally (according to Search Consult magazine), our focus has not been on becoming the biggest, but rather, on becoming the best. To this end, IRC Global Executive Search Partners has been extremely diligent in vetting potential partners to ensure a consistency of quality standards, client services and business ethics. As a result, our clients, many of whom utilize our services in multiple markets, experience a seamless recruitment and hiring process worldwide.

On average, each of our member firms aggregates 30+ years of executive search experience as well as a depth and breadth of direct industry experience.
