He started his career with National Semiconductor in positions covering process engineering, SAP R3 implementation and purchasing. He possesses significant expertise around manufacturing and supply chain, working for General Motors in leadership positions with a focus on purchasing, global sourcing, low cost country sourcing and strategic commodity management. He is well-versed with material cost reduction and negotiation strategies and execution in ultra competitive automotive business. He was also responsible for automotive parts and service independent aftermarket Profit & Loss in 12 Asia Pacific countries, growing top line and profitability significantly. KT has been with HR Partners since 2006 and currently is the Managing Director for the China office.

Jean-Paul holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from New York University. He started his career as an Assistant Financial Manager for an international chemical company which gave him significant expertise in finance as well as in industry. Jean-Paul started his own executive search firm in 1978 which in 2000 became part of Hudson Global Resources. Today, Jean-Paul is the CEO of VMS France, an executive search firm he founded in 2005. Apart from executive search, Jean-Paul also has activities at the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry as a Vice-Chairman and Head of the Education Committee.

With more than 20 years as senior manager in various positions in finance and administration he is well suited to finding talents in the area. Experience from consulting business, from McKinsey, has given him an excellent analytical toolbox that is applicable for use in the executive search profession. As Managing partner of our operations in Sweden, Jan is now focusing on finding top talent for professional clients in the Nordics and northern Europe.

He has recruited for clients at senior operations and general management level and for other board level functions.  During his time working within KPMG at Director level, Stephen gained significant insight into the professional services sector. In addition, Stephen has significant experience in advising and recruiting across the public sector; for central & local government and for the Higher Education and Further Education sectors in particular. He is a qualified Mechanical Engineer and has been on a corporate board prior to his recruitment career. He has worked for global companies such as GKN, Goodyear and ITW inc. Today he is Managing Director of Active Human Capital Group Ltd, IRC’s United Kingdom partner firm, where he works closely with the Chairman, Richard Boot, a member of IRC’s Executive Board. Stephen holds an MBA from Aston University Business School with a specialism in international marketing and an M.Phil from DeMontfort University in Business Strategy.
