Fernando EspinosaEmail: fernando.espinosa@ircsearchpartners.com Profile: Fernando earned a Masters Degree in International Administration from CETYS University and a BA in International Relations from UNAM University in Mexico City. He holds numerous additional certifications in talent acquisition and human resources. Fernando has more than seventeen years of executive search experience in both the U.S. and Mexico market. Prior to moving to the U.S. in 2000, Fernando led a Mexico-based executive search practice. As a partner in a U.S. based practice, he has led search assignments for clients from Asia, Europe and the United States solve a variety of talent acquisition issues in their Mexico operations. Fernando has been instrumental in developing and leading research staff in Mexico to build the most extensive and information rich database of talent within the Mexico market. He is fluent in the English, Spanish, Japanese and French languages and has studied in Mexico, Japan and the U.S. |

Monicca YanEmail: monicca.yan@ircsearchpartners.com Profile: Monica obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from the National University of Singapore and a Post Graduate study in Human Resource Management. She started her career in political research and public relations with the Japanese government before joining the executive search industry some 17 years ago. Her search experience spans across all of Asia – Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, China, Korea, Japan, Australia, India, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand and Indonesia. Her client portfolio includes various American and European multinationals in the high-tech, healthcare and logistics industry. In addition to executive search works, Monicca also assist her clients in M&A integration works, Outplacement and HR Consulting projects. |

Rolf K. NilsenEmail: rolf.nilsen@ircsearchpartners.com Profile: Rolf has been in the executive search business since 1993. He joined the company of PU as a consultant, and became Managing Partner in 1998. Rolf has served major clients in Norway and the Nordic region, especially within the banking and FMCG sectors. He also headed nomination committees to the board of directors of publically listed companies in Norway. He holds a MBA from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) in 1980 with major in international marketing. Prior to his consulting career, he held senior executive positions with leading Norwegian industrial companies. |
