Fernando EspinosaEmail: fernando.espinosa@ircsearchpartners.com Profile: Fernando earned a Masters Degree in International Administration from CETYS University and a BA in International Relations from UNAM University in Mexico City. He holds numerous additional certifications in talent acquisition and human resources. Fernando has more than seventeen years of executive search experience in both the U.S. and Mexico market. Prior to moving to the U.S. in 2000, Fernando led a Mexico-based executive search practice. As a partner in a U.S. based practice, he has led search assignments for clients from Asia, Europe and the United States solve a variety of talent acquisition issues in their Mexico operations. Fernando has been instrumental in developing and leading research staff in Mexico to build the most extensive and information rich database of talent within the Mexico market. He is fluent in the English, Spanish, Japanese and French languages and has studied in Mexico, Japan and the U.S. |

Malcolm DuncanEmail: malcolm.duncan@ircsearchpartners.com Profile: Malcolm co-founded The Insight Group In 1994, providing executive search and consulting services in the areas of professional services, banking and finance and with leading industrial companies, Top 100 Australian companies and Fortune 500 organisations. Malcolm also undertakes independent management assessment of Board members and senior executive teams and coaching of senior executives. Malcolm entered the field of Executive Search in 1988 as an Associate in a leading international Executive Search Group and in 1991 he was made a Principal of the firm. During this period Malcolm worked primarily in the above areas. Prior to this Malcolm worked in the Education sector. Malcolm holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), Master of Arts and Diploma of Education. He has also completed a General Management Program at Stanford University. |

For 20 years, he has fulfilled positions on director level, in both profit and non-profit organizations. He has travelled professionally to over 40 countries and speaks 6 different languages. Patrick has led international Sales and Marketing teams in the food business and worked as a Director of Marketing, Communication & Business Development for a global nongovernmental organisation. In 2004, he became a senior partner and co-owner of Hagoort & Partners, one of the leading Executive search firms based in The Netherlands. His client base includes multinationals in manufacturing, food, pharma, agriculture and professional services. |

Rolf K. NilsenEmail: rolf.nilsen@ircsearchpartners.com Profile: Rolf has been in the executive search business since 1993. He joined the company of PU as a consultant, and became Managing Partner in 1998. Rolf has served major clients in Norway and the Nordic region, especially within the banking and FMCG sectors. He also headed nomination committees to the board of directors of publically listed companies in Norway. He holds a MBA from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) in 1980 with major in international marketing. Prior to his consulting career, he held senior executive positions with leading Norwegian industrial companies. |
