Our History

The nucleus of IRC Global Executive Search Partners was formed in the early 1990’s through a joint initiative to service clients’ growing international needs. Companies from France, Belgium, Finland and the UK were initially represented in the consortium. IRC Global Executive Search Partners was officially launched in 1994, taking advantage of the benefits derived from the previous partnership and with a new impetus to further develop the alliance.
