Kasper is COO and Founding Partner of IRC Denmark (People & Performance), primarily working with corporate partnerships and design and implementation of large development programmes. Kaspers focus is linking leadership to strategy execution. He is experienced within change management, cross-cultural fluency and HR development initiatives in relation to business and organisational development.
Holding solid international experience, Kasper is well aware of the possible leadership dilemmas in facilitating e.g. leadership training of culturally dispersed teams. He adds value by means of thorough diagnoses ensuring a constant focus on
