Naja is Partner at IRC Denmark (People Executive). Naja has experience within all HR disciplines – especially within recruitment, and optimisation and improvement of HR in practice. She has a good understanding of HR-processes, the Human Capital Lifecycle and has a focus on creating HR solutions, which support the business.
Naja has experience with recruitment and HR transformations projects in both small and large international organisations within different markets i.e. IT, finance, service, construction, industry and OEM.
She adds value through her interest in HR-management and the more strategic part of HR. Personally, Naja is very energetic, ambitious, and has strong skills within building long-term relations with clients in the entire organisation.
