Torben is CEO and Founding Partner of IRC Denmark (People & Performance), primarily working with corporate partnerships and design and implementation of large programmes. He is experienced within international strategy and business development, development and deployment of corporate programmes within sales and leadership.
He brings extensive experience in making change happen. In addition, he is driving The Leadership Performance Project building insight into which performance-influencing leader behaviours are the most effective, given different context characteristics across positions, levels, functions, etc. The unprecedented research is conducted within the frames of the MSc/DBA at Henley Business School.
He adds value with his ability to identify key business levers and design effective interventions that develop organisations and people to a new level of business performance. Torben holds a graduate diploma in organisational development.
