Konstantin graduated from Moscow State Pedagogical University with major in linguistics (English and German), in 2009 he received his MBA degree from Russian Academy of National Economy. He started his career in search business with a major Russian search and selection company, where he progressed from research associate of power and energy team to head of power and energy business of this company. He later joined the Board of the company and was appointed Country Manager for Kazakhstan, a major hotspot for oil&gas activities in the former USSR area. Konstantin successfully launched the operations and served all major operators and service companies in the area. To pursue further opportunities, Konstantin joined a leading French integrated oil&gas maintenance contractor as Business Development Director for Russia and CIS and helped secure several important maintenance contracts for Sakhalin projects in the Far East of Russia. In 2009, Konstantin started IRC Russia (Support Partners), a well-renowned Russian executive search firm concentrating on power/energy and industrial sectors. Konstantin is a hands-on search consultant himself in addition to general management responsibilities. Konstantin is based in Moscow, Russia and speaks Russian, English, German and French.
