Ije Jidenma is an accomplished Management Consultant and Professional. She holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of Lagos. Her post-graduation experience, garnered over a period of more than thirty years, traverses academia, 'hands-on' executive roles, consulting, and non-executive roles.

She worked for local and international organisations such as the Industrial Training Fund, Merchant Bank of Africa, and Price Waterhouse (now PwC). She has occupied top management and non-executive board roles in corporate and not-for-profit organizations.

Ije is the Immediate Past President of the Chartered Institute of Directors, Nigeria. She served as a Director of the African Corporate Governance Network, Director of First Bank of Nigeria Ltd, and Director of First Pension Custodian Ltd. She is an Honorary Senior Fellow at the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management, and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management. She is currently a Director of MoMo Payment Service Bank Ltd and the Nigeria South Africa Chamber of Commerce. She attended Harvard Business School and Lagos Business School, Kellogg School of Management, among others.
